F.A.Q.

We are manufacturer and we mainly sell our own products. We also work with leading
manufacturers in China and offer a variety  of ferro alloys or other raw materials
accordingly.

We conduct Mill test by our QCD before loading. We help arrange Third Party Inspections
(SGS, BV, CCIC etc.) if needed.

Yes! We provide free samples and send by mail at customers’ cost.

Shipping can be arranged within 25 days after customers place the order. We will always try to
do it as early as possible.

We prefer L/C at sight, T/T payment, CAD for regular customers or other payment terms
